Emotional Resilience Training for Care Partners

Welcome, we are so happy that you are here. Below you will find a 4 part mini-series designed to provide tools for developing emotional resilience.

 

Session One focuses on identifying your personal strengths.

Session Two provides tools for regulating emotions in the moment.

Session Three is a practice session focused on emotional regulation and breathing exercises.  

Session Four involves the creation of micro-goals to prioritize your individual well-being.

Survey

After completing the training, please complete a short survey on your experience with the program. The survey is anonymous and should only take about 10 minutes to complete.
