CARE Center Secures Federal Funding to Expand Dementia Support in Rural Georgia

The UGA CARE Center received $500,000 in federal funding, secured by U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff, to expand dementia and Alzheimer’s care in rural Georgia. The funds will enhance telemedicine infrastructure and support for caregivers in partnership with rural hospitals.
